We do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with workmanship as most work is custom and therefore cannot be resold. We will also offer to redo work should you not find it up to scratch.

No we do not do screenprinting, we do something similar DTF or Direct to Fabric, whcih is a newer technology and allows for more prints in less time.
No, please do not iron on any prints as the glue will melt and the prints will peel off, we will not be held liable in this case.
Yes they can. We have tested for 100s of washes and the prints remain unaffected.
