Exchanges & Returns

There are not many stipulations depending on the nature of your return but if you have a concern with any of your purchases Contact us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Please have your order number and reason for return ready, or mention them in your email.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If there is visible damage to your order, please accept it from the courier, the damage could have occurred anywhere along the order chain. Contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item. Please be sure to supply your order number.

CHANGE OF MIND:

You can return any unwanted product to us within 5 days of receipt of the order, provided it is:

  • not a custom order
  • in the original packaging (with any original labels attached, where applicable)
  • not underwear or bedlinen due to their nature

Please Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Upon completion of our returns inspection, a product refund will be issued. Courier fees will be payable by the customer in this case.

INCORRECT SIZE:

All product pages for garments have sizing guide images, please make sure to check the sizing guide as mistakes on the customers side will not be refunded. If the wrong size was sent by us we will gladly refund, or exchange at no cost to the customer.

WE SENT THE WRONG ITEM:

Please Contact Us with your order number as well as a description of what you received and someone will be in touch to arrange collection of the incorrect product, whilst we locate your correct order. We will get the correct item out to you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS:

If your return has been assessed and you are due for a refund, please take note of the following: If you paid via EFT, Zapper or SnapScan, please remember we need your bank details so we can process your refund. A bank transfer refund could take up to 5 working days to reflect, whilst a refund to your credit card can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.
